March(1)

March 9, 2006

Pretty lame job of keeping up the website, but instead of bemoaning it, I’ll just post some quick pictures of my day / week.

Bennett is so far a happy-go-lucky kind of kid who hasn’t met a spoon he doesn’t like. He had his 6 month check up and he is rounding out the scales at around 18.5 pounds. As Carter is only about 24 pounds, you can see he is catching up quick.  He is a well-rounded 75th percentile in height, weight, and head circumference.  He has mastered rolling and can get a fair distance with this skill. He has pretty much mastered sitting up with an occasional - kerplunk head knocking to the ground.

Today was pretty special as we woke up to snow!  This allowed Carter to do one of his favorite things, wander around the yard, alone, by himself, in SNOW. OK, so I was looking out the window the whole time (walking from window to window) but he usually isn’t aware of that. He is our little explorer - just wanders around lookin’ at stuff.

Here are some pics...

Infant Care Class Annual Reunion

This is a web site chronicling the adventures of Betsy, David, Carter and Pluto -- and as of September 1, 2005, our latest family addition, Bennett!  We started this site as a way to keep friends and family updated while we were touring the country in our RV. These days it’s more about our lives as parents and new residents of Portland, OR.

We hope you enjoy sharing in our adventures via this web site. Betsy has been lead web designer and David has been lead photographer.

Thanks for visiting and we look forward to hearing from you. See our contact info on the About Us page.
